B2B Terms of Cooperation

KORI is a wholesale distributor (importer) of Korean cosmetics in Ukraine. The platform is exclusively for B2B clients: stores, pharmacies, salons, clinics, cosmetologists, online sellers and distributors.

Retail sales through the platform are not available. Access to wholesale prices, catalog and cooperation terms is granted only after application verification by a KORI manager.

To apply you must:

• Provide accurate company and contact person data.
• Create an account with a unique email and password (minimum 8 characters).
• Confirm agreement with the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

After registration the application receives "Pending approval" status. KORI reserves the right to reject applications without explanation if the profile does not meet B2B criteria or contains inaccurate data.

After approval, the partner receives access to the B2B dashboard, wholesale prices and catalog on individually agreed terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions under your account.
• Sharing B2B dashboard access with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately: info@kori.co.ua.
• KORI may temporarily suspend accounts for Terms violations or suspected abuse.

Wholesale prices, minimum orders, payment terms (prepayment, deferred payment) and logistics are determined individually for each partner after verification.

Platform prices do not constitute a public offer under the Civil Code of Ukraine until a specific order is confirmed by a manager.

KORI enforces RRP (recommended retail price) control to protect partner margins in the distribution channel.

KORI operates as a legal importer. Every SKU is accompanied by documentation per Ukrainian and EU requirements (PIF, customs clearance, certificates, labeling).

Partners must use products as intended, comply with distribution terms and meet requirements for sales in their chosen channel.

All site materials (design, texts, KORI logo, platform structure) are owned by KORI or used under lawful license.

Brand trademarks (PURITO, COSRX, SKIN1004, etc.) belong to respective owners. Partners receive no rights to these marks beyond lawful resale under agreement with KORI.

The platform is provided "as is". KORI strives for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee absence of temporary technical downtime.

KORI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequences of providing inaccurate registration data.

KORI liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the partner in the last 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.

KORI may terminate platform access for Terms violations, failure to fulfill contractual obligations or end of B2B cooperation.

Partners may request account deletion at info@kori.co.ua.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in courts of Ukraine at KORI's location (Kyiv), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
